The follow up to the original eight part series will take the form of two one hour episodes which are scheduled to be shown on Tuesday 15th and 22nd February respectively.
The original series is being reshown on a weekly basis two episodes back to back from Tuesday 18th January just is case you've failed to see the original series or didn't buy the video. If you haven't seen the orginal series don't drop everything to make sure you do.
There will be a follow up video release in March which will contain the
two new episodes plus a behind the scenes look at how the series was made.

Queer as Folk 2
Same Men - New Tricks
THE BOYS are back! Bigger and better than before, the Canal Street boys are still doing it loud and proud but this will be the last chance you get to see them all together. As one of television's most controversial and cutting edge dramas returns for a second series, the original cast are reunited for the last time to star in 'Queer As Folk 2'.
Following on their outrageous adventures where series one left off, the provocative story continues with the lives, loves and dangerous liaisons of Stuart (Aiden Gillen), Vince (Craig Kelly) and Nathan (Charlie Hunnam).
At the end of the last series, Vince's love for Stuart remained unrequited. Now the sexual buzz between them is becoming irresistible. Could sex be finally looming on the horizon? Or will Vince be too scared to perform and Stuart too scared to commit?
Nathan was last spotted running away to London. After living the high life on his dad's credit cards, he's back in Manchester determined to make the most of everything on offer. Still in his idol's shadow though, Nathan is becoming like a younger version of Stuart everyday. Can he find his own identity before its too late?
The fabulous nights out, the clubbing and the one night stands all continue on Canal Street but all is not well. Someone is trying to blackmail Stuart but he isn't prepared to be anyone's victim! Now he's out for revenge - big time. But Stuart's revenge is taking him on the wrong side of the law and just when it seems that they might finally get together, Vince thinks Stuart has gone too far.
Whatever happens in 'Queer As Folk 2', one thing's for certain - no straight person is ever going to call a gay boy "queer" again.
